My cousins, who were visiting the Philippines, had their morning schedule free. We needed a place that’s near, fun, won’t take the whole day and isn’t too tiring. That is why we decided to go to an island ~ makes sense right?

Art in Island is a 3D Art Museum where you can play and be part of the art – that sounds fun!
This post would be a walk-through on how you can survive the island of art… nah, kidding! I’ll just share to you our Art in Island experience along with some tips 🙂
Tip #1: You can find art everywhere! So from start to finish, be mindful and take care of it.
This is why shoes are not allowed inside; a way of preserving the art. You can either wear socks or go barefooted. Remember to be careful of the paint 🙂
Tip #2: Dress for the occasion.
You’ll be taking…
…a lot…
…of pictures…
…and you don’t know when you’ll be sucked by a black hole…
…go to the desert…
…or suddenly need to go surfing!
So better dress for your photoshoot. 🙂
Tip #3: Think outside the box!
There are guides and picture ideas provided per area, but don’t limit yourselves there.
Let your minds fly…
…and your imagination run wild!
You can even turn these afro-hairs to armpit hair! HAHAHA.
Tip #4: React, emote and act!
You are there for the art – let yourself be its extension.
Act, react and emote to the fullest!
Well, with all the animals in the wild…
…you’ll have to react fast and RUN!
Or you can just text… (kidding!)
Tip #5: Be mindful of other people.
Respect them when it’s their turn…
…and don’t hog one place for too long!
Remember, the art is there for everyone to enjoy. 😀
Not destroy! Rav, stop tearing the painting!
Tip #6: Notice the little things.
There are so many things you can pose and take a picture with.
But pay attention to detail and notice the little things too! Like the burnt umbrella vs the book-way…
…or shaking the monkey’s hand vs focusing on the frame…
…or the microphone and the monkey high-five…
…or the hair dryer that scared the snowman.
These little things can be fun to play with too!
Keep your eyes open for them… careful of the flying shoe, though!
Tip #7: Be aware of your surroundings.
You might be getting in the way of a picture…
…or you might hurt someone unintentionally while posing!
Either way, remember to always give a helping hand…
…especially for those who are feeling blue…
…they might need some toothpaste too! 😀
Tip #8: Take care of your belongings!
You might be having too much fun, posing and taking pictures that you may just leave your bags and other valuables on the floor. Always remember to retrieve them if you do or better yet, always have your eyes on them…
…you can never be too careful. As they say, its better to be safe than sorry. 🙂
Tip #9: Take lots and lots and lots of pictures!
That is the reason why you are there in the first place. So make sure to charge and bring your cameras to take lots…
…and lots..
…and lots…
…of pictures! HAHAHAHA.
Also, don’t ignore your companions who doesn’t speak and just pose… don’t forget to take their picture! HAHAHA.
Tip #10: Lastly, take your time and ENJOY!
Enjoy…
…doing finger stands…
…or finding your lost twin…
…and don’t forget to interact!
Prepare yourself to look so small…
…in this huge island of adventure…
…called Art in Island! 🙂
It took us almost three hours of posing, laughing and taking pictures to finish this two-story museum.

Have fun!!! Try to go there early or during a weekday? Cause last June, I went there again with my cousins from the other side of the family, we had a hard time taking pictures cause there’s so many people. Enjoy! 🙂
